  • Can you please tell me if there is anything on SnapTo Fucntions that woirk with collision detectionn, without using directx for anything like that in Visual Basic, in the Visual Basic 6.00 or eariler Forum. Cause I have been told that there is such things on this topic that I need to use for collision detection, in a game that uses PictureBoxes and then event trapping when they touch each other or cover each other, when they are in at least RunTime to as the max of CompileTime...

    !! Thanks in advance !!
I was looking at an Internet Website's article and then just figured that if this URL gets a HTTPS, instead of the older and also the not so sequre HTTP address. Then we won't have many problems to bots taking over the Posting, etc. Well that I was looking at what a HTTPS address, really is. And then just thought that it would be really cool, for you to have such a thing on...
"When VB was first introduced in the early '90s I jumped on it faster then Pamela Anderson jumped Tommy Lee."

While searching for some thing i stumbled upon this. Thanks for the smile :D
Having a bad day? I realize the post was old. If there were some rule that said not to reply to posts after a certain inactivity timespan, the dev team would flag for automatic closing after that time. Being a good forum user, I used the Search function and found that post not only matched my current question, but was also unanswered. As such, anybody else who is properly using the search function for that question would also come upon that unanswered thread and instead of having to open multiple threads of the same question, would now find the answer. Maybe you're just having a bad day, but you sure do look like a douche for troll-closing that thread.
Here is the Link to the Thread that I have requested your help with, thanks again... !! Click Here !!
So sorry to bother you, but have you have had any headway into the design of the auto hyerlink to the param value of the ActiveX Control Object in XHTML???
Very sorry to bother you again, I know you are very busy but this Source Code I need very badly, in deed...

    !! Thanks in advance !!
I am very fustrated in trying to find out on how to make the Source Code for an automatic link that uses the <a href> XHTML tag, but then something that can also be very fast acting and also one that will work. On the Internet I have only found ones that work with JavaScript and PHP. That's not what my project requires me to use to get the work done. Could you please help me in this matter of mine??? That would be really greatly appriciated, in deed if you could do so for me. Also that I am very sorry about bothering you about this, but I have exhausted all of my knowledge of XHTML. Seeing that I only got in the XHTML game when there was HTML4 first out then, which was many years ago and then not there's HTML5 and then everything went out the window, as such. If you get my drift also haven't used HTML since leaving University's Interactive Multimedia Course...

    !! Thanks in advance !!
Sorry about the mix up then. Now then everything is fine now I guess???
The person at the computer shop that served me, said that both PC and MAC is the way to go inorder to make up a better product. If it can do both, and also more like Lunix, Unix, OS X, Windows and also the new Commodore, Atari and also the Amigas that are coming back...
Sorry to bother you, Joacim...but having a bit of an issue I KNOW you can solve. Nothing to do with VB, but with this forum.
When I created a NEW Thread, I get a full WYSIWYG block, which also allows instant links to attachments and has the option to wrap code. However, when I want to REPLY to an Thread, I have only a basic block, which has SOME items, like Smileys, Quote wrap, etc, but no place to add attachments nor to wrap code. I have to click on the Advanced Options button to get those functions.
I have tried the first and last options in the General settings area, but neither give me those options. Also, if you look at those options, it says the BEST one is the THIRD (Last) which is a Full WYSIWYG, but the FIRST entry actually says IT is the Full WYSIWYG I've tried both, but neither give me what I would LIKE to have....Am I missing something, or is that the way the forum is designed? V/R Sam
